Chef Rene-Etienne and La Terrasse were recently featured on the TVB Jade culinary show 'Original Food' featuring top Hong Kong model Kathy Chow. For authentic and traditional French cuisine obviously TVB knew just where to come. Rene's dishes were extensively featured from creation to consumption. French onion soup, terrine of duck liver foie gras, Coq au Vin with Chapon de Bress and Baba au Rhum were amongst his featured dishes.
